I designed these posters with a specific goal in mind: to serve as powerful alignment tools, guiding stakeholders in identifying the precise tools needed to support our target enterprises within various market segments.

Issues With The Current Developer Experience

In collaboration with Miguel Sioco (Senior User Researcher), we uncovered several pain points in the existing developer portal and documentation. Developers found it unnecessarily complex to navigate, with multiple steps required just to get a basic application running.

Through usability testing and video analysis, we observed developers struggling to follow the tutorials and locate relevant details in the API reference. This highlighted a critical need to streamline the experience and make the SDK more accessible from first-click to first-success.

Information architecture

API Reference and Developer Guides
As this project rapidly expanded, I seized the opportunity to meticulously organize the information destined for our developer guide and API reference. Working closely with our development team, I ensured alignment with the SDK architecture while prioritizing user-friendliness for newcomers.

Here, you'll find samples of my work from the developer guides and API references. These examples are the culmination of countless iterations aimed at empowering any developer to create a navigation app within just an hour.

An 80% improvement

Through Power BI analysis, we measured an 80% improvement in SDK documentation usability following the rollout of a redesigned information architecture and improved content design.
